Will B&C Cleaning Services bring supplies and equipment? 

B&C Cleaning Services will bring our own supplies and equipment. All our supplies used are general household products.

If you prefer that we use your supplies we will be more than happy to do so,we understand that some of our clients wants to have complete control of the products used in their home.

What happens if I am not happy with the service?

B&C Cleaning Services offers a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee to all our clients. If you are not satisfied with our service, call us within the first 24 hours and we will return to clean your home until you are 100% satisfied. Failure to notify us via phone within the first 24 hour period will void the guarantee. We will not issue refunds for the services rendered.

How do I pay for services?

 B&C Cleaning Services accepts checks or cash as a form of payment.  Payment is due the day of the cleaning once all work is completed.
